Paid Service Terms

NOTE: These Terms of Service were drafted in English. If these Terms of Service are offered in any language other than English it shall be for information purposes only and, in case of conflict between the English-language version and any translation thereof, the English-language version will prevail.
1. Paid Service Overview
Pornhub offers various paid services (each a "Paid Service") that provide users with enhanced features and experiences on the Pornhub website. In addition to these Paid Service Terms, your purchase and use of Paid Services is subject to the Pornhub Terms of Service (the “Terms of Service”) and all other policies or guidelines referenced in the Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Paid Service Terms and the Terms of Service, these Paid Service Terms will prevail regarding Paid Service features.
The Paid Services that are currently available are described in Schedule A of these Paid Service Terms.
A “Member” means any user who has made a one-time purchase for a Paid Service, and a “Subscriber” means any user who has purchased access to a Paid Service with automatic renewal. “You” and “your” refers to you, whether you are a Member or a Subscriber.
2. Access and Usage
2.1 Age Requirements. The age requirements in the Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of a Paid Service. By accessing Pornhub and purchasing a Paid Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in the jurisdiction you are accessing and purchasing the Paid Service from.
2.2 Account Requirements. Access to a Paid Service requires a valid Pornhub account. If you attempt to use a Paid Service without being logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your existing account or create a new account. The Paid Service is tied to your individual Pornhub account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Sharing account credentials to provide others access to the Paid Service is prohibited.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions. Paid Services are available in regions where Pornhub operates, subject to local laws and regulations. Availability of specific Paid Services or features may vary by region.
2.4 Service Activation. Your Paid Service access will begin immediately upon successful payment processing and will remain active for the purchased duration (the “Membership Term” or “Subscription Term”). The Paid Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Paid Service during the Membership Term or Subscription Term. All memberships and subscriptions are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to a Paid Service at any time, including if we suspect a breach of these Paid Service Terms, the Terms of Service, a breach of applicable laws or for other reasons in our reasonable discretion.
2.5 Prohibited Uses. You may not:
a) Use the Paid Service in violation of any applicable laws;
b) Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Paid Service features;
c) Resell or transfer your Paid Service access; and
d) Share account credentials to provide others access to the Paid Service.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing. The Paid Service is available for purchase at the rates displayed on Pornhub at the time of purchase. Value-Added Tax (VAT), sales tax or other excise tax may be included in, or added to your purchase of the Paid Service depending on your country, state, territory, city, or other applicable local regulations. Tax rates may vary accordingly. We reserve the right to change the fees for a Paid Service at any time in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will not affect your current membership or subscription period and will only apply to future purchases.
3.2 Payment. We accept payment via the payment methods indicated at the time of purchase of the Paid Service. You must have a valid payment method to complete your purchase. The Paid Service is offered as a one-time purchase for the specified access period or as recurring fees on a subscription basis. If you purchase a subscription to a Paid Service with recurring fees, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each Subscription Term. Should Subscriber's payment method become unavailable or invalid (for example, if a payment method has expired or has been declined), and we are unable to process payment for the subsequent billing cycle, Subscriber's access to the Paid Service may be suspended until Subscriber provides a valid payment method and any outstanding amounts are settled.
3.2 Billing. Aylo Billing US Corp. may appear on your credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges. If multiple venues are joined utilizing any payment method, your statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction. Aylo Billing US Corp. may include other information on your statement based on credit card association, telephone regulation, National Automated Clearinghouse Association (NACHA) and any other mandated rules and regulations. If you elect to use a checking account to purchase a subscription to the Paid Service, a debit will be executed on their checking account.
3.3 Free Trials and Promotions. We may offer free trials or subscription to a Paid Service during certain promotional events. If Subscriber purchases a Paid Service that includes a free trial, we will grant Subscriber access to the Paid Service for the duration of the trial. At the end of the trial period, Subscriber will be automatically charged for the price of the subscription at the time of the purchase, and we will continue to charge Subscriber until Subscriber's subscription is cancelled. To avoid any charges, Subscriber must cancel before the end of the trial period. Please note that, during the sign-up process for the free trial or subscription to a Paid Service, a nominal fee may be charged to Subscriber's payment method. This fee is not a charge for the free trial or subscription to the Paid Service itself but is intended to verify the validity of the payment method provided and will be automatically reversed or refunded. By signing up for a free trial or membership, Subscriber agrees to this nominal fee.
4. Refunds And Cancellation
4.1 Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription to Premium Service at any time by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period and you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with applicable laws. One-time purchases of a membership are final, and the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded except where required under applicable law.
4.2 Refunds. Refunds or service credits will not be provided for unused portions of your Membership Term or Subscription Term, except as may be required by applicable law. Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested through support@pornhub365.top. We apply the following refund eligibility timeframes and conditions based on the payment method used:
- Credit Card Payment
For payments made via credit card, refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the original transaction date. On a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion, all refund requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable time frame. Approval of one refund does not imply any obligation to approve future requests.
- Alternative Payment Methods (e.g., Gift Cards, Cryptocurrency)
For transactions using alternative payment methods such as gift cards or cryptocurrency, refunds are only available if technically feasible and are processed at Aylo Billing US Corp.'s sole discretion. These payment methods may be non-reversible, and we make no representation that refunds will be available for any alternative method. Members should consider this limitation before completing transactions. Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the payment date. Aylo Billing US Corp. reserves the right to grant refunds or account credits based on evaluation of objective criteria including: (i) the nature and timing of the refund request, (ii) the payment method used, (iii) technical feasibility of processing the refund, (iv) compliance with applicable laws and payment processor requirements, and (v) detection of fraudulent or abusive conduct. All refunds are issued without admission of liability and may be subject to the limitations and policies of the original payment method used. Refund decisions are not dependent on a user's success or failure in completing the identity verification process. If a refund is approved, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Aylo Billing US Corp. will not issue refunds via cash, check, or to a different payment mechanism.
4.3 Cardholder Chargebacks and Disputes. All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with Aylo Billing US Corp., given the circumstances. Fraud claims may result in Aylo Billing US Corp. contacting user’s issuer to protect user and prevent future fraudulent charges to user’s card.
5. Service Availability and Modifications
5.1 Service Changes. We may modify, update, or enhance the Paid Service features at any time without prior notice, except where notice is required under applicable law. We reserve the right to discontinue any Paid Service at any time.
5.2 Changes to Terms. If we make any material changes to these Paid Service Terms, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice where required under applicable law. The new Paid Service Terms will be effective on the date indicated in such notice and your continued use of any Paid Service following the notice period implies acceptance of the new Paid Service Terms.
5.3 Technical Issues. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
By purchasing and using the Paid Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Paid Service Terms in addition to the Terms of Service and all other policies or guidelines referenced therein.
SCHEDULE A
Paid Services
1. PornhubX (“PHX”)
1.1 Description of Services. PHX is an ad-reduced viewing experience that significantly reduces advertisements displayed on the Pornhub website. Users can access PHX by clicking on the "Remove Ads" buttons that appear on ad spots throughout the site. Upon activation, PHX removes most advertisements from the Subsriber's browsing experience, providing a cleaner and less interrupted viewing experience while using Pornhub.
1.2 Service Limitations. PHX removes most advertisements but does not remove all promotional content. Specifically, links and promotional materials provided directly by Pornhub models and content partners will continue to be displayed. The Paid Service provides an ad-reduced experience, not a completely ad-free experience.
1.3 Device Requirements. PHX can be accessed on any device that supports the standard Pornhub website. No special software or applications are required.
1.4 Content Availability. PHX removes certain advertisements but does not guarantee the availability of any specific content on Pornhub.
1.5 Payment Methods. We are unable to accept credit card payments at this moment. Membership to PHX can only be purchased using cryptocurrency. This limitation applies notwithstanding anything to the contrary in sections 3 and 4 of these Paid Service Terms. If we introduce other payment methods in the future, different cancellation and refund terms may apply to those payment methods as set forth in sections 3 and 4.
